Declaration
In consideration of Avid extending special educational pricing to us, I, the
undersigned, herewith certify that the items on the above purchase order will only be
used by the Institution for educational purposes in the field of media studies, and
will not be used to create content for commercial use (i.e. the content created on
these systems will not be used to generate revenue for the Institution, its staff or its
students).
I also certify that these items will not be sold on or transferred to another party,
except to another educational Institution and only if this Institution signs the same
confirmation form.
I declare that I am legally authorised to sign on behalf of the above Institution. |
